~Make sure you wear something you feel good in and fits your personality.

~In family shoots, center it around a color theme. The girls could wear one color and the boys a different one. Make sure that they do not clash.

~Jeans are always awesome for black and white photos.

~Limit clothing changes to 2 for a total of 3 sets. 1 you arrive in and 2 that you change into, because it does take time away from taking pictures and natural lighting.

~For children, dress them in something that they like to wear. Make sure to bring their favorite toys and blankets. This will help them be more comfortable and natural for the camera.

~Senior shoots. Uniforms, letterman's Jackets, sports equipment, and instruments are always a great way to show off what you have done during the last three to four years of school.
